I was surprised and really appreciative of the fact that my query was resolved in the 10 minute free consultation offered by C&N. Rachael from Chan&Naylor has been very helpful in sorting out my latest tax returns issues. Even though it was a last minute request, she had always attended to it promptly and professionally. I have no hesitation in recommending her service to other people.

We have used the services of Chan & Naylor (Parramatta) for a few years and are extremely satisfied with their service. Clive is very knowledgeable about financial matters, effective tax structures and property investment. Rachael is is also very helpful. She thoroughly prepares our returns and promptly responds to any queries we have. Also all the office staff are friendly and responsive. It’s a small but highly effective team. Would definitely recommend.

Chan & Naylor were great to work with for both our business and personal tax affairs. Their communication was great and ability to answer all your questions in an efficient manner makes them very easy to work with. Would certainly recommend their services to other! Just a note that we worked mainly with their Oatlands office, but from the way they work it seems looks like the quality of their work would be consistent across all their offices.
