Would be 4 star but it’s VERY salty. Felt pretty dried out afterward, sterling silver jewellery tarnished. Never experienced this as a regular ocean swimmer - it’s considerably saltier. But location wise can’t be faulted for laps up the quiet end of the harbour

Everything about this pool is lovely; however, the showers are far too hot—so hot that they’re unusable and risk burning patrons. As there is no cold-water option, I kindly ask that the water temperature be reduced to a safe, usable level, or that a cold-water option be considered. I hope you will take this feedback on board.

Cabarita Swimming Centre is one of those places that just gets it right. The water is always clean, the staff are friendly, and the whole space has a relaxed, community feel that makes every visit worthwhile. Yes, it can get busy—especially during peak times—but that’s really just a sign of how loved this place is. Even when it’s bustling, the lanes move well and the atmosphere stays positive. A great spot for a swim, whether you’re training, unwinding, or just grabbing some sunshine by the pool. Highly recommended.

Beautiful outdoor salt water 50 metre swimming pool. Needs renovation in places but still a very good place to swim. Quieter on weekdays.

A glorious spot for a morning swim. The pool is clean although the water is quite salty as others have said. Also heated to quite a warm temperature which I think is unnecessary in the summer. But excellent change rooms and facilities, lovely location and the view is not too shabby either.
