Eating out in Australia ranges from beachside takeaways to hatted dining rooms, and a listing like this one is best judged on freshness, turnover and how consistent the reviews are rather than on decor. If you have dietary needs, most kitchens will adapt a dish if you ask. Licensed venues serve alcohol; BYO places let you bring a bottle for a small corkage fee. Tipping is appreciated but never expected.
Opening hours are published for 1 day a week. On most of those days it is open 7 amβ3:30 pm. Sydney is in New South Wales, on Australia's east coast, where summers are warm and humid, winters are mild and businesses keep to standard hours year-round with the usual public-holiday changes. Getting around Sydney is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy centres, and most suburban shops have their own car park. Public transport and ride-share apps such as Uber and DiDi operate across New South Wales's larger cities.

The amount of tuna in my soggy tuna melt. The photos speak for themselves. There are so many better sandwich options literally right next door - Fiore, Humble, North, even Soul Origin. Don't even bother with these.

What the heck is this bruh? Iβm not saying it was burnt, but if you held it up to the sky you could probably summon Batman. The crust had the structural integrity of a paving stone and the inside tasted like the toaster held a personal grudge against bananas. On the plus side, if society collapses I now own a perfectly usable doorstop.

I ordered the grilled chicken bowl and it was fantasticβfresh ingredients, great flavour, and a really generous portion. The service was quick and friendly too. Definitely a great spot for a healthy lunch in the city. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love the vibe at Cali Press Barrack Place! The staff are always super friendly and welcoming, and they whip up coffee in no time. The salad bowls and sandwiches are fresh, delicious, and served quickly, which keeps me coming back. Their cold-pressed juices are also incredibly fresh and have become a go-to for me. Starting my morning here with their smiles and positive energy always puts me in a great mood. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a happy start to their day!

This is my regular cafe to go twice a day, Bullet Proof with a grab and go in the morning to start the day right and a cold pressed juice&lunch in the afternoon. The new seasonal juice is an absolutely amazing and easy drink! Also, the Chimichrri sandwich is a great add to the menu, yum! The team is always welcoming with a good vibe. When I'm there for lunch, most of the time, I hear them singing, literally, lol
