I’ve been a returning customer at Camera House Brookvale for years now and the service is always amazing. The whole team are super knowledgeable, friendly and always happy to help. A special mention to John, who is always willing to take the time to properly answer questions and offer honest advice without ever making you feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares and really knows his stuff. It’s so nice walking into a camera store where the staff are genuinely passionate about photography and focused on helping you find the right solution, not just making a quick sale. Highly recommend Camera House Brookvale for anyone after great customer service, expert advice and a really welcoming experience. Always a pleasure shopping there 😊

Nareg was super helpful and answered all my questions. Nareg helped me understand more about aperture, shutter speed and ISO on the camera and gave me some good advice and tips about photography.The staff are very nice and the shop is clean and a delight to be in.

This place is amazing! I came here to print some photos because it was easier for me to get to than Officeworks. Immediately upon entering I was impressed by the layout of the store, which makes everything so accessible and easy to spot. The process for printing photos is made so easy—you can even print via QR code instead of having to bring a usb or plug your phone into the booth. The terminal I used was in great shape, no buffering or slow uploads like at Officeworks. They also let you crop and/or edit in the review stage! I will definitely be coming here for any future photo printing needs, or if I finally get into photography like I’ve been meaning to!

The staff were incredibly helpful and patient, guiding me through the best options for my photos and making sure everything turned out perfectly. Just stopped by to print a photo to frame for Valentine’s Day! The staff went above and beyond to help me, and it was ready in minutes after I placed my online order. Could not be more pleased with this experience and will definitely return!
