"I am writing this to warn the reptile community about my experience after purchasing two bearded dragons from this seller in person. While they appeared okay at the time of pickup, it has been a two-year journey of dealing with chronic health issues that were eventually confirmed by a specialist vet to be Atadenovirus (ADV). As shown in the video, the animals have suffered significant neurological decline, including 'stargazing' and loss of limb control. Our vet confirmed this was a pre-existing viral condition that was likely dormant or masked during the sale. It is devastating to realize I brought this virus into my home from a seller who does not perform proper health screenings. I have since discovered that I am not the only one. After speaking with several other keepers and former associates, it is clear that many others have faced identical health issues with animals from this source. The emotional stress and mounting medical bills over the last two years have been immense. Please do not take the risk of buying based on looks alone. Insist on seeing a negative ADV test result for any animal before you take it home. I would not have purchased from this business had there been

We went to look at choices for a pet lizard, and were welcomed with lots of very helpful info about what reptiles are the easiest to keep, what licences are required, etc. We are just building the terrarium and will buy from here as soon as it's done. Great stock, especially if you are after Beardie morphs. Staff were very nice and saved us weeks on research! Camo's is a real hidden gem in the world of reptile keeping.

Unprofessional customer service by a man named Trevor or Travis. Said my questions were weird - which I get that they may have been (I asked for a specific reptile, he said he had some. I asked how many. He replied “how many do you want?” And I replied back 1. “I thought I was about to get a big sale. I told you we had them. What a weird question.”) but I don’t feel that the tone or choice of language is appropriate to use to a paying customer who was just curious 😅. Made me feel like all he cared about was sales. Other than that I appreciate he at least answered my question.

Bought my first ever little beardie Kratos from them almost a year ago. The staff were so lovely, had such a wonderful collection and so knowledgeable. I didn’t have cash but they warned of the surcharges with eftpos. So when I withdrew some just around the corner, they offered a box of crickets and a climbing vine as addons for just the price of my boy for the trouble. When I left, they informed me that any issues, whether it’s trouble with husbandry or health of the reptile after purchase, they would assist with. Camo really offers great discounts, lots of knowledge and patience, and Kratos has always been a healthy happy dude with a wonderful temperament! Will definitely be back there! Love, Cal and Kratos
