I went in to buy glasses and not only are the products great, but I really want to highlight the service as well. Fiona was absolutely lovely; she was so kind, patient and helpful, and took the time to answer all my questions. Big shout out to Fiona!

Had a bad experience at the store today. The staff member (Maddy) was rude, didn’t say a word, and just scanned my items. Her attitude made me feel really unwelcome and judged. It was uncomfortable and really disappointing.

Hi team, Your bondi junction store phone call never goes through. It always asks to leave a voice message. Can you please fix it? I have tried to call the store a few times to check stocks but never went through. It is very inconvenient. Thanks.

We came here to buy some sunscreen with our son; unfortunately the woman staffing the store berated him for picking something up (a kid’s toy) and did the same to another child. Needless to say, we left promptly.

We bought two refillable sunscreen roll on dispensers. One of them let the sunscreen come out easily but the other one didn’t really work and didn’t allow the flow of sunscreen so I went to swap it. Was treated with significant suspicion despite presenting with original receipt and only being a week since purchase… the woman told me she had sold hundreds and hadn’t had issues so indicated that she would not be able to exchange it and requested multiple personal details including my full name and phone number which seemed unnecessary. In a huff she eventually thrust a replacement product at me. Customers should not be treated like criminals, at least not as a default 😝
