Very rude customer service. I called asking for a friendly request for a product on Friday 15 May 2025 at around 1.15pm. Advisor on phone rudely hung up telephone and didn’t seem like they wanted to be there.

Terrible customer service. Chap sat there behind the counter was the rudest customer facing person I’ve ever met. Not worth the time, money, or hassle. Look elsewhere

Jared Mitchell 7 months ago

Absolutely shocking level of rudeness. I was politely looking for a part to fix something and apologised to the owner in case I was in his way. His immediate response β€” yelled across the shop β€” was to demand that the camera be turned on. Completely uncalled for and aggressive. Zero chance I'll ever return. If that's how you treat customers, you shouldn't be running a customer-facing business. He could have quietly spoken to his employee and said something discreet like: β€œHey, can you turn the camera on please?” The store itself was also filthy β€” looked like a pigsty. You might live in a mess at home, but customers shouldn't have to shop in one. Never again.

Enter at own risk (if it’s even open) - high probability you’ll leave ignored, dismissed or sneered at. The joint is a mess and generally overpriced. Save yourself the grief and coin and get an Uber to Bunnings or Mitre10. He’s been there way too long and needs to sell up.

I’ve been going here for years. It’s chaos in there. Mostly useless and horrible owner but I have seen him find a needle in a hay stack before. God forbid you ask how he’s going upon greeting. You’ll never hear the end of it. Best experience for a good laugh. Electricity doesn’t work in half the shop.. 10/10 will go back again and again.
