Paid a top premium price for a severely defective outdoor setting (see last photo-Marine sould as advertised). The set has poor welding, chipped paint, and bent ironwork — it is completely substandard and unusable and beyond repair. The seller initially acknowledged the faults and promised a refund, then stopped responding and offered no resolution. More than two months later, still no refund, no pickup, and no communication. Extremely disappointing experience. Photos attached for proof — beware!

I bought a linen cupboard through this website. It was over-priced for the quality and does not look half as good as on the website. I would not have bought it in a shop for thatkind of money. I regretted buying furniture online without having actually seen it. Will not do that again. The customer service was patchy to say the least. Nobody responded to my many chat messages (why bother offering a chat function?) and to my emails only days later. Delivery was difficult and ended up taking more than 3 weeks, and the first time we waited at home all day and they didn't show up at all without telling us. Nobody answered the phone. Not a good experience overall

I love My Home Design, we ordered the oval wood dining table for our living room in walnut colour, it is exactly like the photos on the website, stunning. We can now host amazing dinners in our house, love the table! Thanks for the customer service as well, they treated us quite well at My Home Design, we will for sure purchase again soon, love the style!
