I have known Ken from Central Sydney Realty for quite some time. He has acted as both my property manager and my selling agent. I recently listed my property with Ken, and he sold it at my expected price on the second inspection. I was so impressed with his work that I offered him a bonus commission — which he promptly refused. That tells you everything about his integrity. Ken was exceptionally considerate of my family’s needs throughout the process. He was fair to the tenant and the buyer, and he consistently acted with professionalism and honesty. The level of support Ken has provided — and continues to provide — is extraordinary. I would never have received this standard of service from another agency. I cannot recommend Ken enough

Great service. I would definitely recommend this real estate agent! Speak to Ken if you have any issues. Most real estate agents are one sided on the owner side but Ken plays it fair on both owner and tenant.

Edit (response to the business owner's storytelling in their reply): your "sequence of events" simply suggests that other reviewers' comments that Central Sydney Realty are simply liars is true. Since you're so interested in mudding up the truth then I'll just lay out the true "sequence" in a sequential order for you: - Dec 6th, I inspected the property, where I had a length conversation with the first agent. The agent clearly expressed that if I want to secure the unit, I should apply. They'd consider me "easy to talk to", so they prefer applicants/tenants like me. In that inspection, I was one of the two inspectors in that opening. - Dec 7th, Sunday, nothing took place. - Dec 8th, 4:58pm the agent messaged me on WeChat, asking me if I could confirm my interests because there were 3 groups applying, and I topped their preference. 5:12pm I replied that I needed to talk to my current agent and see if my current landlord will renew my current lease contract. - Dec 9th, 2pm I messaged the agent that I was happy to proceeed with this unit as the current landlord would sell his house. I listed 3 properties that were comparable, and negotiated the price from $800/pw to $770/pw. 2:05pm, t
