John Vytrhlik at Century 21 City Quarter is a very rare agent indeed. We dealt with numerous agents during the search, and John was the agent for the property my son finally chose to buy, his first ever property. Why do I say John is rare? For a start, he is not pushy at all. In addition, he offers a great deal of advice which is very relevant to our situation. In other words, he listen well. Many other agents continued to show us potential homes in the wrong areas, whilst John understood our needs and went out of his was to assist in the process. We highly recommend John. There is no doubt that we would go back to him should we want to buy something bigger on the future

Posting this again as obviously my review was removed - “Century21 as an agency has generally been good in my experience, but unfortunately my interaction with Issa (property manager) was very disappointing. When we moved into the property, it was not cleaned at all. We clearly mentioned this to the previous property manager, James, and also documented everything in the condition report. Despite that, no action was ever taken, and we lived with those issues for two years. At the end of our lease, we made sure to do a proper end-of-lease clean before handing the property back. However, Issa claimed the property was not cleaned and insisted on charging us a cleaning fee. When we raised the point that we had received the property in a worse condition, he refused to acknowledge it and still pushed the charge. Another issue was with a non-working bulb, which we had reported at the start and included in the condition report. Again, no action was taken during our tenancy. But at the end, this was also overlooked when we tried to explain the situation. What was most concerning was the way the situation was handled.
