Do not book with them, they will cancel tour 12 hours before commencement and left you with no where to go. I booked and paid in full for a one day tour in Melbourne via this agency, tour and date was confirmed on the day of booking. And was told I will receive another message the day before tour commence. Fast forward, the day before the tour, I have not received any message regarding meeting location and time, so I contacted the agency. Initially I was told there is nothing to worry about as they will only send out message at night (I contacted around noon). When I followed up again at 7pm, I was then informed that due to their system error, there is no tour the next day, and they cannot put me on another tour as all other tours are booked up. This is 12 hours before my tour! Where am I suppose to find something at 8pm at night for my next day tour at 8am? I ended up browsing the internet frankly looking for any agency to accept tour with less than 10 hour notice. I did find one, and paid premium price for the last minute booking. Budget travel only refunded the initial payment without any compensation for my extra cost or the stress it had caused.
