We were able to stay there for sure complimentary breakfast was so marvelous ever! We used to be a member of VIP member for the Star (The Darling, Grand) so we had had a lot of times of complimentary breakfast though you're much better than there. Thank you for your great effort and service!

Chatswood Station is honestly a vibe. It’s easily one of Sydney’s best transit hubs because it feels more like a bustling mall than a train station. Moving between the T1 North Shore line and the Metro is super fast and seamless. What really makes it, though, is the food. You step right off the platform into District MTRβ€”if you love Asian food, the dumpling and noodle options here are incredible. It gets pretty chaotic during evening peak hour, but the trains are frequent, it's clean, and everything is clearly signed. Perfect spot for a quick dinner stop on the way home.

Since the introduction of the Metro, I've taken to public transport to get around Sydney. It is clean and efficient. People complain of the noise from tracks. I travel with music plugged in, so it's not a problem

I’ve used Chatswood railway station quite a few times and overall it’s one of the most efficient and well-connected stations on the North Shore line. It’s a major interchange, so everything about it is designed for handling large crowds, and for the most part it does that really well. One of the biggest strengths is definitely the connectivity. You can easily transfer between different train lines, and the integration with the metro makes travel a lot smoother than older stations. Connections are clearly signposted, so even if you’re not familiar with the station, it’s pretty easy to figure out where you need to go without too much confusion. The station layout is large but organised. Platforms are wide, and the signage is clear and updated, which helps a lot during busy periods. Even when there’s a rush of commuters, things tend to keep moving instead of completely bottlenecking. Escalators and lifts are well-placed too, so accessibility is solid for people with prams, luggage, or mobility needs. Another big plus is the location around the station. It’s basically right in the middle of Chatswood’s shopping and dining precinct, so there’s always something nearby. Westfield, food

Chatswood is one end of Sydney metro and connects to Sydney trains to different areas, city is most traveled destination though. This connecting station is well kept, clean and always have train staffs around to help. It also has toilets which are always clean, vending machines which good options. It’s absolutely next to Chatswood shopping centre, bus stop which makes it extremely convenient for the passengers. It’s one my most traveled stations and absolutely love it!!
