Rude staff, not helpful. 9PM at 23rd Sep 25, a male operator was on duty behind the “call to help” button and he should be fired straightaway. Instead of listening to people who was confused about your pay system, telling customer to stop 3 times is beyond unprofessional. You know the system well but new customers don’t! I taped the wrong place to pay as well cos I was totally confused and ofc the payment didn’t go through. Staff sarcastically said “apparently you didn’t pay”. This male operator needs to find another job, not in service industry. Release your anger somewhere else! Your value is more than making other peoples life hard and making your life harder!

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to log a formal complaint regarding an unacceptable experience my 18-year-old child had at your car park. On 21st Aug your payment machine did not accept her credit card, preventing her from paying. When she proceeded to the gate, the machine again failed to accept her card, and subsequently swallowed her ticket, trapping her inside the car park. The operator who responded to her situation was less than friendly and made a reverse while there were six or seven cars behind her, which further traumatized her. This experience was highly distressing and completely unacceptable. If your payment systems are not functioning correctly, it is unfair to subject customers, especially an 18-year-old, to such a difficult and humiliating ordeal. I expect a thorough investigation into this matter and a response outlining the steps you will take to prevent such incidents from recurring.
