As a 26yo who has suffered from severe nosebleeds for most of her life including 3 nose cautery procedures, I had an idea of what was in my near future after having 4 nosebleeds in 5 days. Due to my mistake, I had actually made an accidental booking after mistaking it for a different practice. However, the professional manner of the receptionist this morning displayed and the positive google reviews intrigued me to keep the appointment for the following week. She likely saw my nervousness and reassured that I would be immediately placed on their cancellation list. 2 hours later, I received a call and was offered an appointment with just under 2 hours notice. I readily accepted. I was pleasantly surprised to be brought into my appointment 7 mins early. Not only was Dr Campbell well mannered but she was prompt, professional, caring and patient. Although I've been through this procedure many times, she took the time to understand my situation, asking discerning questions though from just a few minutes of meeting me, she already knew my answers and apologised for the obvious answers to the questions as must be legally asked. She explained what she would do BEFORE each step starting

Dr Raewyn Cambell and her team has been an absolute pleasure to meet, from the first contact with the reception to the preparation of the surgery, surgery then post-surgery, every step has been smooth and efficient, and we have been looked after very well. Team members Ursula , Andrew , Hena and Veronica, all have been fantastic, they have helped us so patiently and efficiently, they have made our stressful journey as smooth as possible. Dr Cambell has been so understanding, patient and professional, she has a kind heart and extreme skill, we feel so lucky to have her, we strongly recommend Dr Cambell and wish her and her whole team all the best in the future. ************************************************************** I just called Chatswood ENT, I am so lucky to have Veronika on the phone, she was so patient and professional. She has shown her empathy and understanding, she has tried to help me go beyond all my expectations, she definitely made my day:) The centre is so lucky to have her too:)

Such a great experience with Dr Bill Johnston. He was very professional and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped me understand what was going on with my son. He was so patient and gentle, and made my son feel completely at ease during the appointment. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. I left feeling confident and well-informed. Highly recommend!

Hi, I have had 2 children at 3 years old and 2 year have surgery with Ass. Prof Dr Raewyn Campbell, she was excellent. 6 yrs later my 8 year old also needed surgery, Dr Bill Johnston was available, so we proceeded with him to surgery. Dr Johnston had originally been recommended by an Emergency Doctor friend. I proceeded to have my own sinus surgery under his care. Both Dr Johnston and Prof Asoc. Campbell are excellent Drs. I recommend them highly.

My surgery done by A/Prof Raewyn Campbell changed my life for the better. I can now breathe like a normal person, and gone are the days I have to constantly rely on steroid spray to feel a tiny bit better. Dr Campbell is friendly and highly professional. Definitely recommend her for anything ENT-related.
