The guy who served me on Thursday 23/04/2026 @ 5:27, his name is T. Islam (as shown in tax invoice) NEED TO LEARN basic CUSTOMER SERVICE. He just THREW my medicines inside bag (that I had to ask for) and over to counter with so much loathe like someone was asking his kidneys. So much HATE for what???!!! Don’t like your job? Quit.

Today while shopping at your store, there was a conversation happening by your employees about guns. One particular employee asking to buy a gun and shoot himself. The conversation overstepped the line with customers around and the events at bondi yesterday, theres stress and concern in the community. I approached the employee and said the conversation was not appropriate. He smirked and just said sorry. To which I asked for his manager, I complained to the manager and he said "i was going to speak to him" . Are these the standards of your customer service team? Unacceptable.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent service I received at your Artarmon Chemist Warehouse store during a click and collect visit. Upon visiting the store today to exchange a large item for an extra-large one, I encountered numerous issues that left me thoroughly disappointed. Firstly, I was informed that I needed to return the online product through the online system. Despite explaining that the cost remained the same and that all transactions were under my name, the staff, including the store manager, displayed a disconcerting level of disregard for my concerns. Furthermore, the handling of the refund process was unsatisfactory, with a timeline of up to 5 days for the funds to be returned to my account being communicated nonchalantly. This, coupled with the fact that the in-store price was lower than my online order, prompted me to request a price adjustment. Regrettably, I was met with refusal, citing a ticket belonging to another item as an impediment. The overall attitude and service of the staff were nothing short of atrocious.
