I will never shop here again! Staff refused to exchange a first aid kit I’d purchased. The kit was still in its original packaging with security seals still in place and receipt proving purchase provided. Their reasoning, I had returned 8 days after making the original purchase, they only offer change of mind exchange or refund up to 7 days (yes this the law, but treat a good customer with a little respect). I’ll point out the kit I wished to exchange for was actually more expensive…. Yes I wanted to spend more money in your store. The kit was also on a receipt with over $130 dollars of other items purchased. The kit is purchased was 62 pieces, 50 of which were bandaids, making it completely inappropriate for an overseas adventure I’m embarking on. Some might say, not even qualified to be sold as a first aid kit. I work in the local area, my team and myself will no longer use this pharmacy. The Serafim's Pharmacy less than 500m away provides a much better and more personal service, although has slightly less range.

DO NOT BUY PERFUMES AT ANY CHANCE ON THIS STORE!!!!!. I went for a perfume and they sold me the wrong product. Quickly I send an email worried about to get something I didn’t ask, they replied to returned on store. I went physical to the store for a return or exchange and completely denied!!!!!!!. Even when my mother explained we have the instructions from email and we were following instructions!!!!. Management keeps denying this and denies any responsibility making the penalty to the CUSTOMER!!!!. This is a total disgrace in customer service and blatant breach of Australian consumer law !.

I am traveling and went and asked the counter staff if they had an item and she pointed me to the aisle. I was looking for a few minutes and despite there being a line she came out from behind the counter and showed me where the item was. Separately I asked the pharmacist counter a question about a product and he walked me up to the front and explained the product differences. And a third employee walked me to an aisle where an item I was looking for was. I had a nice experience with the staff here.

On Friday 26/09/2025 The employee in the picture is very rude. I asked for help with lipstick, but this employee didn't care and said in a very bad tone that I didn't know, don't bother me, and chased me out. So I said I needed help, but the employee said that he didn't help, he didn't know. This is the kind of employee who should work in service here. You should improve your bad manners too
