Convenient location with the same cheap prices. Found exactly what I was after. I didn't need much assistance, so I can't really comment on the customer service, but the person who served me at checkout was friendly enough.

I needed a walker for my partner who was in RPA for a knee injury. Rushed to Chemist Warehouse and asked a staff on the floor. He kindly asked other staff and went back to warehouse and brought a good quality walker that I needed to get my partner out of hospital. There was a long queue in the counters but he asked a friend to check me out as a matter of priority. That was a very kind consideration.. Well done team..

Dear Chemist Warehouse Management / Customer Relations Team, I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable treatment I received at your Newtown store on Tuesday 7 May 2026 at approximately 8pm. I visited the store to purchase Celluvisc eye drops, a product my son requires for life due to a medical condition. Your store advertises itself as the cheapest option and promotes a price match guarantee for competitors with physical stores. The product was priced at $13.99 in your store and $10.25 at Quakers Hill Discount Chemist, a legitimate family-owned business with a physical storefront. Your front-line staff initially followed company policy and sought approval for the price match. However, the manager (VJay) intervened aggressively. He declared that you do not match this site, repeatedly called them “faked,” a “scam,” and claimed “it’s all over the internet.” Despite my explanation that Quakers Hill Discount Chemist has a physical store (as required by your terms and conditions), that I have successfully price-matched this exact business multiple times before without issue, and that I was simply asking you to honour your publicly advertised policy, VJay refused the match.

Had a really bad experience with one of the pharmacists, I went up to the counter and told her I was having some lady issues (obviously went into more details with her) she just stood there had no idea what to recommend me. I had to guide the whole exchange. She was clueless on what to give me I ended up buying 2 products that she “recommended” (I had to ask her to see both of them off the shelf) she told me they would work and when I got home I saw that one of them wasn’t what we had talked about. Was this girl even a pharmacist??? Never in my life have i experienced something like that. She also spoke veryyyy loudly about my symptoms when I obviously was trying to keep it discreet. Very unpleaset visit, do better
