Lior was great, amazing customer service. The furniture itself is great. I had it delivered to Adelaide and there were no issue at all and Lior kept me updated the whole time. Highly recommend.

I had a clear vision of the type of bed I wanted for my children’s shared bedroom, and working with Lior from Chocolate Wood has been one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I found a style I liked on a website called Sheet Society, and Lior even offered to visit their Sydney showroom to ensure he could recreate the design perfectly. Naturally, a bed made from real Vic Ash timber costs a little more, but I wanted something high-quality, durable and built to last for many years, and it was absolutely worth the investment. Throughout the entire process, Lior went above and beyond. He contacted me at every stage, shared detailed designs and measurements, and made sure I was completely happy before moving forward. A few weeks later, the finished bed arrived with a wonderful courier, and seeing it in person confirmed just how exceptional the craftsmanship and service were. This has been the most thorough and personalised furniture experience I have ever had, especially considering everything was handled online or over the phone. I could not recommend Chocolate Wood more highly. Thank you, Lior!

I ordered a beautiful sideboard. Lior was so efficient and helpful prior to ordering and the delivery was very quick following my order even though there was a wait time. The quality of the furniture is superb, i am so happy with my purchase. Highly recommend Lior and his team and delivery drivers. Purchasing of a Bertram custom buffet and hutch through Chocolate Wood has been a fantastic experience. Dealing with Lior was exceptional as he was a true gentleman and very professional throughout the whole process. There was a large amount of dimensional questions raised for clarification and all were answered very quickly. The turnaround time for manufacture was exactly as quoted. Quality of the furniture is fantastic and very robust. Delivery of the unit was very professional as getting the unit to its final position was complicated due to access through house, but was overcome beautifully with no damage.

I bought 7 pieces of furniture from chocolate wood website and I was contacted by the owners that it would take until mid November for delivery, but was able to get them by mid October (6weeks) from purchase, delivered straight to my door step. The furniture looks amazing. I can't complain. I bought the Florida range which looks and feels more premium that the Cancun range from fantastic furniture - but for half the price. Amazing craftsmanship and quality. Just had a small issue with my mirror as it came missing one screw even though it had eight washers. Apart from that, all furniture was delivered assembled and packed incredibly well. Owner was nice to deal with as well.
