About Cibaria Manly
Cibaria Manly…a celebration of all good things Italian – food, wine, hospitality and gelato! Cibaria is Italian Fun-Dining. Modern yet based on Italian traditions. It celebrates all the different types of Italian dining. Cibaria brings together the Italian -ria’s - There is a friendly yet chic menu broken into the various ‘-ria’s’ where you find our types of Italian cuisine: for example our ’bisteccheria’, ‘spaghetteria’ and ‘gelateria’ to make the best bespoke experience for you, your family and friends.
Cibaria embraces the Euro way of socialising, all day every day. Where a caffé turns into aperitivo, turns into a meal with friends or late night gelato.

Had an amazing dining experience from the moment we walked in until the end of the meal. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the team surprised us with a thoughtful dessert, which made the night even more special. The staff were friendly, and very attentive throughout the evening. They noticed the little things without us having to ask, which really made us feel well looked after. The lamb and steak were both cooked perfectly and full of flavour. Every dish we had was beautifully presented and delicious. Definitely one of the best dining experiences we've had, and we'll happily be back!

Amazing! We’ve been regulars at Cibaria and it continues to impress us with every visit. Chef Mario’s pastas are consistently outstanding and are reason enough alone to visit. The vodka pasta is a favourite, the tagliatelle is divine and the current truffle pasta is pure indulgence - a must-order while it’s on the menu. The entrees are also incredible - it’s clear that a great deal of care goes into every plate. The service team, led by Alessandra, is exceptional. Warm, professional and genuinely attentive. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and you always leave feeling very happy. A special mention must also go to the adjoining cafeteria. The service team there is fantastic (shout out to Jonathon, Alicia & Vincenzo) and always greets guests with a smile. CK and Mumta are the best baristas – friendly, welcoming and consistently making excellent coffee. Hot tip - CK will give you an extra smile if you wear a pink shirt. I’ve captured her coffee art in photos. Also, the ricotta scrambled eggs are divine and the chefs are so lovely, dishing everything up with beautiful smiles. We love Cibaria and highly recommend visiting.

Good experience overall. But the tomato sauce in the entrée tasted quite similar to tomato paste and lacked complexity. The pasta was enjoyable, although the presentation left a little to be desired. The cocktail was reallyyy good. The staff were very friendly and from our seats in front of the kitchen we could see that the chefs were extremely organised and kept their work areas clean at all times, which was great to see

Had the most amazing meal at this restaurant today. Fantastic service and amazing food. Everything was absolutely authentic and the whole experience was lovely. Highly recommend this restaurant for a special celebration or a more casual catch up with family and friends. Shout out to Alessandra and Daniele who looked after us so very well and ensured that our experience was seamless and enjoyable. Brilliant way for us to spend a Sunday afternoon. Everyone around us looked to be having a wonderful time as well. Although the restaurant always has a lot of patrons, it’s well laid out and feels spacious - it’s not noisy or cramped. Has great ambiance. Have been here before (always exceptional food) and we will definitely be back. Manly beach visible from the large windows.

Loved that place. Service was amazing. My husband said the burger was probably the best burger he had lately. I've had fish/catch of the day, barramundi, it was a bit too salty for my taste, other than that the chardonnay was really good and just loved the atmosphere, would definitely be happy to go back and try some more of their menu.
