I had an excellent experience at the pharmacy today thanks to front floor staff. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to listen to my concerns. She patiently answered my questions, helped me find the right products. Her outstanding customer service made me feel valued and supported. It’s wonderful to see someone who genuinely cares about helping customers. Thank you for making my visit so easy and pleasant.Highly recommended!!

I acknowledge that the medication was expensive because it was a private prescription and that this was explained to me. My concern is not about the price. During the conversation, I felt uncomfortable because I was told that arranging prescribed medication from my home country was "dodgy." As far as I understand, bringing prescribed medication into Australia in accordance with the relevant regulations is permitted. I was also surprised when the conversation moved away from the medication itself. I was told about living in Australia for 45 years, being an Australian citizen, loving the country, and purchasing medication from Australia when visiting India. While I respect those personal views, I did not visit the pharmacy to discuss such matters. I was there to seek advice regarding my prescribed medication and the available options while waiting for PBS approval. I visited the pharmacy seeking professional advice and assistance. I would have preferred the conversation to remain focused on the medication and available options rather than personal comments.

Such a horrible experience with this crappy place ! Pls don’t visit this shop to get scammed . I had purchased some toys n went back after half hour to Exg as change of mind . The lady billing didn’t mention to me prior that toys r not for refund or exg ! She said Acc to policy cannot be exg . She spoke tot the manager made me wait for good half hour nd then the rude manager/owner didn’t even speak to me nd said no ! When I checked their so called return policy as per Australian consumer law No where was it mentioned toys . Only medications , personal and hygiene products cannot be exg. I returned calling them nd again was denied exg or refund ! Such a CRAPPY SHOP RIPPING OFF CUSTOMERS . Will take this matter to consumer forum ! Attaching the image of the policy

Customer service was good but the prices were a bit on the higher side compared to others.

I had a very poor experience at this pharmacy. I purchased an item and immediately realized the price was much higher than expected. I went back right away to request a refund and was told they do not allow refunds at all. This was very surprising to me, as I have never encountered such a policy before, especially when the return was requested immediately. Definitely won't be returning.
