Australian cafes tend to open early and close mid-afternoon, while restaurants and pubs run lunch and dinner services with a quiet spell in between, so an off-peak visit is worth a quick call. Card and tap-to-pay are accepted almost everywhere; some venues add a surcharge on weekends and public holidays.

ORDERED: πŸ„ Mushroom toast: roasted portobello mushrooms, jerusalem artichokes, garlic, fried enoki, truffle pecorino, sourdough ($24.00) + πŸ₯š egg ($4.00) πŸ§€ crumbed halloumi & spiced hot honey ($8.00) black sesame praline latte ($9.00) + 1.5% surcharge on card payments It was $51.75 for my portion! REVIEW: 🍳 1. Perfectly poached egg. Cooked whites and a runny golden yolk as a delicious decadent creaminess to this dish. πŸ˜‹ 2. The truffle pecorino added a savoury tone. πŸ„β€πŸŸ« 3. Portobello mushrooms were juicy, a little too moist for my personal liking. πŸ„β€πŸŸ« 4. The fried enoki lost its subtle flavour amongst all the other elements - although it did add some nice texture. 😊 5. Additional crumbed halloumi was nice as a side. The walnuts were also great texture! Didn't quite harmonise with the dish though. πŸ’– 6. Service was so friendly! They were happy to cater to my friend's dietary, noting she was sensitive to garlic & onion and were happy to go into the DETAIL and let us know what she could/couldn't eat. πŸͺ‘ 7. Interior was cute. There's an eclectic mix of European, American, old school decor that adds so much character to the environment.

Excellent brunch spot. Exactly what I look for in a brunch place, some tasty and inventive dishes. Presentation was spot on, service was friendly and coffee is strong. They have a small menu but have executed it well. Ordered the Ottomon eggs $28, Octopus $26 and a side of potato croquette $8. Serving of the octopus could have been slightly bigger to be more filling though. They have plenty of outdoor seating.

I think there may be people who have never been here, but I don’t think anyone comes here only once. I was already impressed by the owner’s thoughtful service on my last visit, and today Daniel and I think Brianna made us feel very welcome, which really made our day. On my last visit, the food was delicious and the service was amazing, but the coffee was just okay. This time, I came back with my family, and the food was still so good. The coffee was lovely too, and I ended up having two cups🀎🀎 I really respect the owner of this place. I hope this business stays successful for a very long time. Wishing you all the best, and see you again soon! λ‹€μ‹œν•œλ²ˆ κ°μ‚¬λ“œλ¦½λ‹ˆλ‹€πŸ™πŸ»

A lovely South American-inspired restaurant with a nicely decorated setting and a relaxed atmosphere. The room we sat in was small with just three tables, but the music was at a good volume and the overall vibe was comfortable. Parking is convenient, with free parking available nearby at Westfield, which makes visiting very easy. We waited around 10 to 15 minutes when we arrived, but the service was quick and the food came out even faster. I ordered the eggplant and egg dish, which was filling and delicious, and the coffees were also great. Overall, it was a reasonable and enjoyable dining experience.

I use to come to this cafe over ten years ago when I was in my early university days. It’s so lovely to come back and see it expanded and thriving. Food is delicious and the staff are friendly, just as I remembered it. I came over the course of a week for breakfast and every dish was beautiful. I especially loved some of the lighter options on the breakfast menu such as the figs on toast and chia pudding with vegan granola.
