I had a Float Therapy session at City Cave yesterday, and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and incredibly relaxing. The float experience itself was so peaceful and left me feeling completely refreshed. A special thank you to Sarah for her outstanding customer service. She was warm, friendly, and took the time to explain everything, making me feel comfortable from start to finish. Her professionalism and genuine care really made the experience even better. I highly recommend City Cave to anyone looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy some well-deserved self-care. I'll definitely be back!

My Mother’s Day gift this year was a voucher for City Cave Balgowlah…. So far only used the float however this morning I had one of the best massages I’ve probably ever had with Kaitlin… 10 🌟!!! She had a lot to work on and I feel so much better… thank you Kaitlin.. I’ll be back soon. The sauna is next on the list, can’t wait! X

I’ve been going to City Cave for over a year and a half now and I’ve been to so many locations. Queensland, all around Sydney, and now finally the Northern Beaches. I honestly did not expect Balgowlah to become my favourite City Cave of all time. I live in the eastern suburbs, so it’s kind of annoying that my favourite one is now an hour away, but it’s genuinely worth the drive. This location is on another level compared to the others. They have free on tap filtered still and sparkling water, which I have never seen at any City Cave in the east or in Queensland. Such a small thing but it makes such a difference, especially after a session. The beauty and refresh area is also incredible. Normally at other City Caves the products are limited, often empty, and not the best quality. Here they use really beautiful products and everything actually feels considered, clean, and premium. The shampoo and conditioner are also amazing. I feel like most City Caves have gone downhill with that, but this one absolutely hasn’t.
