Highly rate City Cave in Bondi Junction — enjoyed a package of infrared sauna, magnesium float tank plus a remedial massage which I would book again in a flash. Lili was amazing in welcoming me and explaining all about the therapies. I was particularly impressed by the hygiene of the facility and the wonderfully relaxing lounge area in between treatments. Felt transported to an island paradise for 3hrs. Magical🌟

Had such a great experience at City Cave. Sergio gave me one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time , super professional, welcoming, and genuinely cares about making you feel comfortable and relaxed. The guy is amazing at what he does. Left feeling completely reset. Highly recommend.

Amazing, so so so relaxing. I recommend doing it with total sensory deprivation so silence but thats just me. My partner and I did it together as a couples float and it was great. Will be coming more often.

The moment I walked in, the owners and staff treated me with such genuine warmth and respect. There was no rush, no noise, no pressure just calm, kindness, and people who clearly care about creating a safe space for recovery. The sauna was the first time in weeks I felt my body stop bracing. The heat pulled the tension out of places I’d forgotten were tight. And the float tank that was something else entirely. It was the first moment in a long time where my mind wasn’t replaying things. Just weightlessness and quiet the kind of quiet that feels like a reset button you didn’t know existed. After the session, I had the most relaxed and deepest sleep I’ve had in weeks. It wasn’t just “a good night’s rest” it felt like my whole system finally powered down something that hadn't occurred recently. The experience was a real gift thank you.
