I've had a few floats at different City Caves and all have been excellent. I brought my niece with me to Parramatta Float for her first float and she loved it. The staff were very friendly and took time explaining the process to her . Overall everything was excellent!

Thank you city cave for the lovely treat of sauna and float package. I love doing both because the sauna is warm and inviting relaxing all your muscles to then soak up the magnesium minerals adding so many benefits for the body. All in a gorgeous space so relaxing quiet and calming.

Tried float therapy for the first time and didn’t really know what to expect… but it turned out to be one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment you step in, everything just slows right down. No noise, no distractions — just complete stillness. It took a few minutes to settle in, but once I did, it felt like my body completely let go of tension. Fantastic staff 🙏

I had my first therapy today. The girl assisting was wonderful and very thorough. It was a relaxed inviting atmosphere with the focus on relaxation..loved it. Glad I got a package. Cannot wait for my next one Robyn Hann

Nothing short of an amazing experience. I went for the complete wellness package and was met with truly 10/10 service and 10/10 facilities. I especially loved that the sauna and floating therapy were in private suites, fitted with state-of-the-art equipment. The massage by Kim was exceptional, she clearly knew exactly what she was doing and even shared helpful tips on how to address my problem areas going forward. The hostess (whose name started with M) was also incredibly warm and welcoming, which made the entire experience feel even more luxurious and enjoyable. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. If you’re considering booking, don’t think twice, just do it. Your body will thank you.
