Compared to blacktown and baulko' these guys are top notch. We reside in old toongabbie since 74 and I cant say a bad thing about these guys. As I dont talk shit so please yourselves with critique as this summary is based on my personal experience and interactions. Front council rangers to the lovely lady named Anne who answered my call and solved my query immediately. Thanks guys and take care

This Council is the worst 15_ 28 days is the legislation for a vehicle to be parked outside a residential property , BAK89A grey Subaru was parked for 2 months 60 days outside my property. The vehicle came in on a tow truck and can not move as its broken down. The owner put a sign on the inside drivers window stating the vehicle is broken down from 21/2/26. Why did it take so long for this Council Parramatta to do something about it and move it? When dealing with the worst Council in NSW no wonder

Poor service and slow response to dangerous illegal parking. I reported dangerous illegal parking, but the ranger’s action was incredibly slow and ineffective. I was told that submitted photos cannot be relied on, and that we can only wait for a ranger to arrive — which often takes far too long. This approach completely defeats the purpose of reporting dangerous situations. If an accident happens due to this delay, the responsibility should not be ignored. Very disappointing and unacceptable service from the council.

The worst experience and staffs too on calls. No one address the issues and they have no idea that they are saying me “ The parking officers can just stand and watch when the cars are illegally parked”. Lack of basic english which staff dont know to even communicate. Never addressed issues and have not taken any action until today. It would be better to call cops for illegal parking than calling the council which does nothing than repeating same things.

How hard is it for a business, that being Parramatta Council, to provide the services we rate payers pay for? For some reason, my bin regularly is missed, which means I have to waste my time on either ringing or using the website to log the missed service. This has occurred more than 20 times with it being missed the last 2 weeks in a row. So when you can finally have someone in the waste services contact you, the excuses used are to blame the contractor or a weakly written response of an email saying, " we apologise for the extreme inconvenience." Would it be ' extremely inconvenient" if all rate payers stopped paying for half the services provided? When you are charged for services, it is expected that the payee pays rates on time, so is it not unreasonable to expect that what is paid for is also done on time without any "extreme inconvenience "
