Had a plumbing issue come up at the worst possible time and gave Civic Plumbing a call not really expecting anyone to pick up. They actually answered after hours and talked us through the whole thing with honest advice. Really refreshing dealing with someone who's not trying to upsell you on stuff you don't need. Would definitely recommend them to anyone around Sydney. 👍

Chris installed a new hot water system for me and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. What really stood out was how far he went beyond the original job. He identified and fixed several issues I wasn’t even aware of, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure the whole setup was safe, compliant, and running perfectly. Despite the extra work involved, Chris absolutely refused to charge anything beyond the original quote — a level of honesty and integrity you just don’t see often. Reliable, skilled, and genuinely customer-focused. If you’re looking for a plumber you can trust to do the job properly (and then some), Chris is your guy. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone.
