Booked this cleaner 2 weeks in advance and they completely failed to show up on the day. I called over 10 times and sent multiple messages with no response at all. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of other people’s time. To be honest, the original “deep clean” wasn’t even done properly. I recently got another cleaner who charged slightly less and did a significantly better job, which really showed the difference in quality. It honestly feels like they only care about locking in that first expensive clean and then become unreliable afterwards. If you can’t make it, at least communicate instead of ghosting your clients. Would not recommend.

I was a customer of Cleanrific last year and have only just got around to writing a review...their service was honestly terrible. I don't believe they were once on time and would never message when arriving late. If there was some communication around where they were and when they'd be there, I would be more forgiving, but having to proactively message and call to ask where they were was tiresome and made it really difficult to work around what should have been a convenience service. Particularly astounding was the final day they were meant to come, they didn't turn up at all! And did not respond to my messages, answer calls or ever send any communication again. Punctuality and communications aside, their cleaning was average at best, as they would sweep through our apartment with such haste it often felt more of a tidy than a clean. I have had a far more reliable and professional service with a private cleaner since Cleanrific's ghosting.

The cleaning service was amazing! They were easy to contact and was very understanding about the price, and most important the cleaning service was high quality. The cleaner was very friendly and efficient.

I hired Cleanrific for a regular cleaning service and am beyond happy with the standard of the service provided. In addition to leaving the place spotless, sparkling and smelling fresh, the owner and his team were warm, friendly and amazingly accommodating to my specific needs and requests. Additionally, they were punctual to the booked timing, and were incredibly efficient as well.
