Avoid Cleveland Street Smash Repairs and think very carefully before trusting Huddle Insurance’s repair network. What should have been a straightforward not-at-fault insurance repair turned into almost 10 months of stress, delays, safety concerns, independent inspections, AFCA escalation, and complete loss of confidence in both the repairer and insurer involved. My near-new Suzuki Swift Sport was returned to me after repairs in a condition that multiple independent parties later questioned, including NRMA, an independent mechanic, an independent smash repairer, and eventually an insurer-appointed independent assessor. The concerns went far beyond minor cosmetic imperfections. Almost immediately after collection, the vehicle developed heavy vibration and rumbling through the rear from approximately 2,000–3,000rpm. Multiple parties later identified concerns around the exhaust system alignment and the way components had been left sitting against surrounding structures underneath the vehicle. Loose and unsecured wiring near the exhaust area was also identified, which became a major safety concern given the heat exposure involved. Other issues identified throughout the process incl
