The customer service was disappointing. The staff attitude was unfriendly and not helpful. Communication was poor, and I did not feel valued as a customer. the cost was quite high for the level of service provided .Overall, the service experience was not good.

Avoid this place at all costs. Their service is terrible, their prices are misleading, and they take advantage of customers who don’t know much about cars — especially women. They quote one price and then suddenly add on hidden fees and unnecessary charges once the job is done. What should have been a simple, affordable service turned into an overpriced nightmare because they “found extra issues” that magically appeared after they started working. It’s clear they rely on tricking and pressuring customers into paying more than they should. Honest mechanics explain things properly and give fair pricing upfront — Coco Auto Repair does the opposite. Don’t fall for it. There are plenty of other workshops in Bankstown that will treat you with respect and won’t play games with your money.

Horrible experience with wanting to get my car serviced. I’ve been to a lot of mechanics and the customer service of this place is horrible. Would not recommend to anyone coming here…

Scam mechanic he will try charge prices for things you don’t need. Then he charges 200 for $80 tyres with all these service fees. Then when you say you don’t want them he tells you he started to take the wheels off and charges you $50 per tyre. Don’t come here he used to be good I was loyal for 10 years but now he’s just another crook Mechanic. I used to recommend him to all my friends and family. Now I tell them to find a better mechanic. I hope the $200 was worth it :)

I went there this morning to get a pink slip and the guy was so rude and just said sorry can't give you a pink slip because my windows were too dark at 13%, I bought the car brand new so that how it came and he said "oh all these customers come with excuses". Horrible customer service and not recommended at all. Went up the road and a pink slip was given straight away because its a fairly new car. BEWARE
