Just received a CLEARLY contaminated 2L of milk which tastes like plastic and chemicals. I attempted numerous times to contact the store, all of which resulted in an automated refusal. Online customer support sent me back to the store. Food safety is no joke, and contaminated good is extremely dangerous. Having no method for reporting this in a timely fashion is bonkers. Please check your milk products if you purchased from Coles Broadway on 27 July, 2026!

Absolutely exceptional, most beautiful service I have ever accounted at coles. This absolutely dashing lady named ally, on sunday, was around the register area upon arrival. I was quickly amazed about how efficiently and fast she moved around, assisting individuals like the speed of light. I to, was not segregated from this movement as all my bulk items were accounted for by her with just a simple hand up. She came over with a smile, a hello, and was absolutely delightful to talk to. You need more workers like this. Wow. Just wow. Need more workers like this

The staff member at the self-checkout area was extremely rude. Despite me repeatedly explaining the situation, she proceeded to add an extra item to my transaction without my permission. I then had to repeatedly prove that the item did not belong to my purchase. Even after she realised she had made a mistake, she did not offer any apology, just cancel the wrong item and left quickly. The entire interaction was frustrating and unprofessional, and left me feeling unfairly treated as a customer.

I was served by a staff member called Ally, she seems like a very hard and dedicated worker as she was very enthusiastic about doing her job and asked me how my day was. Ally's attention to detail is absolutely amazing. She is one of the best staff members at Coles Broadway and I will be returning and be hoping to be served by Ally again. If I could give this 6 stars I would, she made my day so much better when she complimented my hair. It's little things like this that make customer service good. Ally should definitely get a pay raise as she works so hard.

Massive thank you to Millie! My partner and I had redeemed a KitchenAid pan worth $70 from the Flybuys campaign and were told all stock had run out upon picking up the Click & Collect order at Pyrmont with no alternative options offered. With some luck after calling multiple stores, Millie picked up and mentioned they still had some available at Broadway and just needed to show the Flybuys account in-store. We’ll definitely be shopping over there more often! ☺️
