Been coming here for 15 years and it is just terrible. ALWAYS out of the specials, holes everywhere like some badly run IGA you never know if they have what you need. The carpark is always over capacity. Its a "poor" peoples area so who cares? Im driving to Caddens Woolworths from now on they always have stock

The staff are cheery, helpful, efficient and presented well. The store is reasonably kept, no complaints about that. Speaking of constructive critisism though. The shelf fillers (i know are busy, over worked and essential all day) however the huge cages blocking isles blocking freezers and then to have the obviously bored workers talking instead of moving so we can access items is sometimes(always) annoying. We already made the allowance to scan our own groceries now were waiting to get access to the products as their being packed? Maybe im becoming old an cynical, but in my day. 🤣. It must be hard but to not have anyone on registers when youve a trolley full of $400 weekly shop and the self serve conveyers are taped off is enough to desert the trolley and come another day. The critiques are a Coles in general issue. Not this store specifically. The workers at this store are great, tell them hello from me please. And be kind to everyone. Peace be onto you. 🙏

Very worried about the formation the people who works there have. I went to the Deli and a young guy came to serve me but he was just moving a tray with chicken and he didn't washed his hands... I asked him to wash them and he did it straight away. That was good but not knowing that you have to wash your hands after manipulating raw food.... it is a very grave thing, it could have been the source of very grave food poisoning...I won't buy Deli anymore there... And 5 days after posting the above, I go to the shops and I find that there are 2 birds inside the store flying around! One of them on the photo...for a while one of them was resting on top of the Deli area...I talked to the manager of the store and he told me that there was nothing they could do, just waiting for someone or something like that...I'm definitely not buying anything there unless it comes in a package (and hasn't been packed there).....So disappointing

Absolutely awful Coles has gone downhill fast. Prices are ridiculous, shelves are empty, and the quality—especially fresh produce—is terrible. Staff are nowhere to be found, and self‑checkouts constantly break down while you’re treated like a thief. Zero customer service, zero value. Plenty of better options elsewhere.
