Very disappointing experience at this branch. I was given inconsistent and conflicting information by multiple staff members over several visits, which resulted in significant wasted time and unnecessary back-and-forth. When I requested clear written confirmation or a checklist to avoid further inconvenience, this was refused. The customer service attitude was unhelpful and dismissive, and the issue was not properly escalated or resolved. This branch clearly lacks internal communication and service consistency. I would not recommend dealing with complex matters here.

The worst business banking experience! Went to the branch to open a new account. Completed everything and was told my business partners just had to verify themselves at any branch to complete the process. I asked for confirmation that everything on my side done and I was assured by the staff that everything from my side was completed. My business partners had to go into their respective branches a couple of times due to those branches also not completing things properly, only to now be told I now need to go back into a branch to complete things AGAIN!!!!!! Why bother offering business banking services when your bank is unable to do just that??? TO ADD TO THIS EXPERIENCE..... CBA call centre said they will sort out a booking for me at another branch to sort things out. They advised to me that 4pm was available which I accepted. 15 minutes later i get called back saying 'oh sorry, their was a glitch 4pm is no longer available can I make 2pm' I said i will have to and they said they will book it in. 15 minutes later I get another call from the branch saying 'Oh sorry, another glitch, nothing available.' SERIOUSLY, You guys score a big ZERO for service, ZERO for system accuracy, Z

I visited the Barangaroo branch, and Ms. Cynthia provided excellent service. She completed the work in the shortest time with great precision. Her customer service was outstanding, and I highly recommend her!

I visited the bank this morning at 9:40 am, and I was in a bit of a hurry because I had a visa appointment scheduled for 10:00. Despite feeling rushed, Pranab, the staff member who assisted me, was exceptionally helpful and thoughtful. He quickly stamped my statement, anticipating that the visa centre would need it based on his experience. Thanks to his assistance, I was able to get everything sorted out in just 5 minutes. Pranab’s patience and friendliness made the process smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciate his excellent service!
