If i can give them zero star that would be fair to that branch Very disappointing experience with this branch. The first issue occurred when a teller deposited another customer's cheque, with a completely different value, into my account. It took six days and multiple visits to the branch before the mistake was finally corrected. Then today, I experienced another example of poor customer service. I was first in the queue, with an elderly customer behind me and another customer behind her. A second teller opened but, instead of serving either of the first two customers waiting, they served the third person in the queue. When I politely asked why the third customer was being served first, I was simply told they were "just helping that person." Basically skip me and another mid 70th yo lady and serve third person that’s totally un professional , After serving that customer, the teller immediately closed again another teller has informed me that she still continues serving the third person in the queue however that customer was already left and wasn’t true. Some rude ladies should not work there. The branch manager rang me to apologise on behalf of the rude lady. So ok. I put what happened behind me. However, I was served by another rude lady who told me off during when I was accessing my safety box. I asked her to send me an email regarding what I did wrong so I can review and assess my other option regarding my deposit box. She said she would but she never did. I never accessed my box ever since then. If your customer service hates servicing customers, then get them out of there.

Been banking with CBA for over 20 years and have seen how the banking industry has evolved overtime, adapting to app and new technologies. Yet the customer service will never fade and I had the assistance from Sprina today. Handling our bank guaranteed issue that was left unresolved at the Rhodes Branch, and had it all done within a 15mins window. smooth transaction and big help for both our client’s and myself’s tight schedule through out the day. This is a 5 star for Sprina. And Freya who assisted with setting up the appointment for us too. Happy Banking .

I commend the bank employees who helped me with closing down a safe locker which had been inoperative for a while. What I appreciated the most is the polite and professional service and also a bank discount on penalty. The whole process was as smooth as one could have hoped for given I had to travel all the way from KSA to her for this purpose. I would gladly recommend this branch for CBA related services.

Kristy was incredibly helpful with my personal loan enquiry, even though they don’t usually handle those anymore. She showed excellent and efficient problem-solving skills and took the time to find a solution that worked for me. The whole team at the branch was very patient and supportive, and I really appreciated the effort and time they gave me, especially considering how busy it generally is.
