I used Compare Club to review both my energy and private health provider. Within a week of changing energy provider, the rates changed and my plan increased. I returned to my previous provider. After making the decision to change my private health provider based on advice all waiting periods met under my previous provider would be honoured, I was then told by the new provider that this was not true and I would have waiting periods applied to two of the main services used under my previous cover. I am already out of pocket for two regular appointments I have been covered for under my previous provider. In my experience Compare Club are not doing their due diligence and providing clients with accurate information to make an informed decision. It’s just a quick sell with no accountability for actual outcome. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

I had a great compare call with Paul today. I have had multiple phone calls with Compare Club and everytime I have politely used excuses to rush ending the call cause I didn’t want to use their services anymore but they kept calling me and trying to convince me there’s a better option. I’ll admit I began to ignore their calls. THEN today, I got a call and spoke to a wonderful Paul! He solved it all in under 5 mins and told me no need to switch I’m already getting exactly what I need. His confidence was very reassuring. Thank you for being honest and telling me the truth!! Without telling me everything I need to read to get the best offer. Really felt he listened!

Articulate consultant with good knowledge levels. She listened effectively and compared a couple of good options for me. The proof of the “pudding” will be if I do save the $10 a week she predicted. Made the change of electricity suppliers easy.
