What a refreshing company to deal with. Emailed to confirm my booking and on the day I was also sent a text message to let me know when Charlie, the technician was on his way with an ETA. On arrival I was asked about any issues that needed dealing with and I was pleased to see this was taken on board with specific attention paid to my comments. I was also grateful for the advice given to improve things to reduce the chances of pests coming in. In all professional and thorough. I would recommend Competitive Pest Services to all.

I have been a customer for a long time and have seen some highs and lows with the service. Of late, I am glad to say it's all been highs with great service. Huge call out to Charlie, who attended and completed my treatment. He was thorough and took his time to ensure I was happy and explained what he was doing. Big, big thank you and well done. You can send Charlie to my property any time.

They did a very good job. I had a lot of of cockroaches and I have a very few now they will have to do a follow-up which I understand and I will accept the follow-up when they ring me and ask. I will use this mob again. The pest control they are very good. They turned up on time right on 2 o’clock very appreciated so I hope other people will use them as well. Please do. It was all pet friendly and human friendly stuff they use which was very good 😊 Both the pest controllers were here again today. I’ve done another fantastic job. I would recommend pest control to anybody. As they do very good service and very good on management skills And yes, I will use them again if I need to. I’ll see how I go over the next few days. If I see more then I will ring them and see if I can have another job done as they do very excellent work. I hope more people use you. Kind Regards Shane

CPS treat our office every 3 months. We are an Aboriginal non-profit community organisation. This time they treated our work vehicles - 4 vans - which unfortunately were infested with German cockroaches & eggs as they are hard working vehicles transporting our community members to programs & events which we run. CPS are very professional, thorough & knowledgeable. They will come back in 2 weeks to treat the vans again, and we are very grateful for their continued support of our organisation & the meaningful work we do.

We had a really great experience using CPS and would highly recommend should anyone be looking be looking for pest services. The technicians were polite and respectful, and did a thorough job. They explained any need to know information clearly, and their work has been very effective in our home.
