The cleaning is okay but they don’t care about the little parts of the car. Two times that I send the car to get clean and they damage the paint, break the plastic that protect the dashboard and lost the cap for shift lever cover. They don’t try to even mentioned when the service is done.

I drove my car in last Thursday. I paid for Super Wash, which includes "Premium Wash Plus" and some other services such as Bug clean. Before I left my car with them, I specifically asked if they were going to clean up the area in the photos and they said yes. However, when I picked up my car (90min later), they did not clean it up. I asked some staff to wipe off dirt on my car, but I had to go to work, so he could not clean up the dirt that much. I will never go back.

I own a Tesla. I left the spare "key" with car. 10 mins later received a call saying it didn't work. Turns out it wasn't working - my fault thus far. However, given I needed to leave my phone with the car I did get to experience the rest of the "cleaning" process firsthand. I had booked a "Detail Service - Hand Polish" service for $110 quoted as "from" 105 mins to complete. 30 seconds with pressure washer. 60 seconds with dirty sponge. Another 30 seconds with pressure washer. That was the wash part apparently. Then downstairs for another 10 mins to chamois and spray on wax from an unmarked 10L bottle. Quick wipe. $110. I would have been better off waiting for it to rain. Highly unrecommended.

Took my Hyundai Tucson to Concierge Car Wash at Broadway and was genuinely happy with the result. The inside vacuum was done properly, even the hard-to-reach spots, and the outside wash came up really clean and shiny. Staff were friendly and easy to deal with, and they also had good discount deals and vouchers going. Solid service and good value — would definitely recommend and use them again.

I brought my very dirty Toyota RAV4 in for a full detail, and wow—what a transformation. The car was covered in dust, road grime, and stains from everyday use, and I honestly didn’t expect it to look this good again. The team did an excellent job inside and out. The exterior paint was restored to a deep shine, the wheels and tires looked brand new, and every inch of dirt was gone. Inside, the seats, carpets, and dashboard were spotless and smelled fresh. You could tell they really took their time and paid attention to the details. Professional service, great results, and totally worth it. My RAV4 looks like it just came off the lot. Highly recommend this car wash for detailing—especially if your car is in rough shape like mine was!
