These guys are the best. They care about where they source the meat, choose fabulous cuts, make incredible snags and they’re just great people.

Best butcher in the Eastern suburbs but don't take my word for it go see what you think! I recommend the Cumberland sausages. Personally preferring grass fed meat they have a great selection and items not on display can be acquired by special order. Much love for these guys and girls

I just bought some meat from here and the young guy made me feel very uncomfortable. There is an English lady who was very welcoming and lovely, but the young Australian guy had an extremely patronising tone. I got the impression we was very impatient and did not like me thinking about the weight and the cost as the butchers goes by the kilogram. I asked for half a kilogram of belly pork. The scales shown 600g, in which he said this is 600g. I restated I want half a kilogram, which he then said for some strange reason that this would lead it to 400g. To me half a kilogram is 500g. So to avoid the confusion I ended up getting the 600g (just to shut him up and to get out of there). Of course, I ended up paying more than I wanted to.

I love our local butcher, everything I have had from there is good. It’s nice to know which farms your meat is from and they’ll always cut something, trim it, debone it, whatever you want. The oregano and lemon marinade they do for the lamb is amazing! As are some of the sausages they make. Only downside is it is expensive compared to the supermarket, but worth the extra if you can stretch to that.

Stopped buying meat in the supermarket. The meat here is great, the price is pretty much the same as Woolies as well but the quality is so much better. Chicken isn’t pumped full of water and the steaks are great
