Reasonable Priced and he made sure to pay attention to detail. Every other cleaner wanted to make excuses to add an extra charge for things you expect to have covered in the clean but correct impressions didnt do any of that, No complaints and got straight to the Job. A professional with a professional Van and equipement. He spent the time to really make sure he did the best he could and took the extra time to make sure the best effort was given. He got it as clean as it could be. Thank you Paul also your helper was also Amazing!

Very disappointing experience. We were charged over $1,000 for a deep cleaning service, but the work was far from professional. The floors were not mopped, the rooms were not dusted as quoted, and many areas were left untouched including doors. The property was nowhere near clean when the job was finished. The only positive was the team member who cleaned the kitchen. She appeared to take care with her work, and the kitchen was the only area cleaned to a satisfactory standard. Unfortunately, the rest of the property did not receive the same level of attention. We were happy to pay extra to have additional areas cleaned, but even the basic tasks included in the original quote were not completed to an acceptable standard. After Paul left, we had to clean the property ourselves. We have used professional deep cleaning services before, and this experience was nowhere near that standard. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this service.

THE BEST SERVICE I’VE EVER HAD. I honestly cannot thank Paul and Hin enough. After waiting until 4am for a cleaner from another company who cancelled on me last minute, right when my keys needed to be handed in, I was stressed and panicking. I called Paul, at 6 am today and he immediately stepped in to help. From the first phone call, the customer service was outstanding. Hin did an absolutely incredible job with the clean. The house was spotless, the windows were sparkling, stains were completely removed, and everything was done to a very high standard. The place looked absolutely perfect! Paul and Hin are genuinely lovely people who go above and beyond. Their professionalism, reliability, and quality of work were unmatched, especially compared to my previous experience elsewhere. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone needing an end-of-lease clean. Amazing service, amazing people. Thank you again!

I would definitely recommend them. Paul is a very nice and professional guy and knows what is called real cleaning! I hired another company from facebook called, “Phantom Cleaning Sydney” and seems they are a fraud company, took the full payment upfront and didn’t do anything saying their equipment broke down and will come back next day and disappeared! Didn’t even picked up the phone! Then in urgent basis, I came to Paul and he is such a nice person to do it for me urgently as my key handover deadline was on the same day! He cleaned everything nicely and has got the right equipments required. Definitely value for money and complete satisfaction from the service. It was guaranteed end of lease cleaning, so he even came back after the minor feedback from the real estate to address those too. I am very happy with the service.

The cleaning was done exceptionally well. We initially thought we should have painted the walls but it looks new after pauls amazing work. He was very attention to detail. I would definitely recommend his service. And the price was also very reasonable.
