Went into this store and bought a pair of trousers and they had forgotten to take the tag off of them and I went back in to get them to take it off, the English brunette member of staff refused and was very rude!

The worst customer service by english manager and worker. My mother is in a wheelchair and can’t try things on in store. They offered receipt or no receipt and parents opted for no receipt. After mother tried it on at home we wanted a refund after they didn’t fit, they REFUSED to refund and threatened to stop serving us because we showed our proof of purchase on online banking and tags on all clothes. Why offer no receipt if you won’t process refunds without ones?. We showed proof of purchase in online banking and clothes all had tags only purchased an hour beforehand and wouldn’t even give store credit. Disgusting, just give a receipt to avoid this and stop being on your high horse.
