I've been coming here for at least 10 years and I've never had an issue. Clothes and sheets always folded nicely and its a fast turnover.

They wash and clean clothes but the owners feed all the birds 🤔.. bread and bird Pooh inside and outside .. birds lurking on the rafters..They only take cash .. and if don’t have it ..ask u to go to bottle shop next door buy something and get cash ..claim they can do transfer.. great idea .. give them your bank account details .. NOT. . Hello ATO ..staff rude and dismissive.. might be convenient for some (including me) but would rather go to H20 on bondi road (kitty corner to Royal Hotel.. cnr Bondi Rd and Denham St) for my laundry needs ( attentive staff, clean and efficient). For alterations hit “Custom Fit” also on Bondi Road (cnr Avoca) next to BP station .. Best alterations in the zone 👍

I brought two wedding dresses here, and both were returned with noticeable yellow stains along the back zippers. When I raised this with the store owner, he became defensive and shouted, insisting the marks were already there. When I asked about solutions, he reluctantly offered to “relook at it,” which only highlighted that the work hadn’t been done properly. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the experience – poor quality of service and extremely unprofessional customer care. I left feeling very upset given the price i paid for the dress.

Bare with caution when using this dry cleaner for delicate items. I dropped off a very sentimental dress and it’s come back damaged. The dress is rayon and the seams around the waist have been completely stretched and ruined 😔 super heartbreaking!

I have been using Country Clean Laundrette for about 8 years. They clean my short-stay accommodation linen, as well as some private laundry of mine - shirts, suits etc. My short-stay guests use them as well. I am at their premises almost daily either dropping linen/clothes, or collecting same. They are utterly reliable - a friendly warm couple running a great business. I am thrilled to have found them and am a loyal and satisfied customer. Highly recommended.
