I recently made a claim for accidental damage to my Miele induction cook top.I contacted Ellie Zilberman , my broker at CPS. Ellie made the claim on Chubb Insurance on my behalf-I don't recall having to do any paperwork at all. Chubb appointed Remsure Building Company to assess and manage the claim which they did in a most professional way. To deliver my policy's promised "new for old "and to maintain the same level of functionality, it proved necessary to also replace the Bluetooth linked Miele range-hood.This was readily agreed to by Chubb, but installation within the bespoke copper housing was challenging.However the Remsure team achieved it expertly. In every way I was delighted with my Claims experience, and thank all concerned -especially Ellie from CPS who enabled the whole process without my needing to be involved.

I contacted CPS as they have a good reputation and many friends and business associates use CPS for insurance. I was put on to Ellie Zilberman who listened carefully to my needs and was able to outline the best insurance options and explain them clearly. Due to Ellie's knowledge, my stress levels went down and I took out insurance with CPS. I would recommend Ellie and CPS to anyone who is not certain how to approach new insurance issues or is looking for a better deal.
