I love the staff and vets at Crows Nest Animal Hospital, because not only are they friendly and helpful, most importantly - they love my dog! He always runs under the chair so Nick his vet does the consult on the floor at my dog’s level, making him feel at ease. He is very gentle with him. I’ve been taking my pets here for over 15 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We are so happy with our experiences here. We have recently had to let go of one of our dogs, little old Steven. Rest in piece little man ❤️ Our vet, Dr Nick and the team are so kind, compassionate, so supportive, and professional. The team only want what is best for our best friends, and we're so thankful to have such a fantastic support team.

We have had our 2 previous pets cared for by Crows Nest Animal Hospital, previously Riverview Vets. We now have 2 rescue cats. This week we brought our girl in with strange symptoms, they took excellent care of her, and gave us a realistic estimate. Since discharge they have sent a text to check in, and I received a call from the excellent vet nurse to check on Leia and re- iterate symptoms/ complications to look for. This is above and beyond care and we could not be happier. Over the years we have used several vet practices, and this team is warm, caring, informative and realistic.

I have been taking my fur babies to Crows Nest Animal Hospital for more than 20 years, dating back to before the practice moved to its current location. Over that time, I have always found the entire team to be professional, compassionate and genuinely committed to the wellbeing of their patients. A special mention must go to Jane, who has been our vet for the entire journey. Jane is everything you could hope for in a veterinarian – knowledgeable, caring, practical and incredibly dedicated. She takes the time to explain options, answer questions and ensure that both pets and owners feel supported. Through routine check-ups, illnesses and some very difficult decisions over the years, her kindness and expertise have always been unwavering. The nurses and support staff are also wonderful and create a warm, welcoming environment every time we visit. I trust the team completely and would not take my dogs or cat anywhere else. Thank you for the exceptional care you have provided to my pets over the past two decades.

This mischievous little boy-cat recently developed an abscess on his back left leg. After surgery, he had follow up with his usual vet’s (Nicole and Jane). It was an incredibly stressful time. But from my first call to get urgent appointments, then nursing and post surgical follow up care, the team were wonderful. They are incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable, sensible, caring…& equally importantly, know how to handle cats (and owners) who are really stressed. I am so glad I have found this vet practice and would highly recommend it to all animals lovers. They are wonderful!
