There is never any parking available for food pickups. I placed an online order and selected the “ASAP” pickup option. However, when I arrived approximately 30 minutes after placing the order, my food was still not ready. Due to the lack of parking, I had to double park outside the store. I informed the staff member of this and waited outside the shop while keeping an eye on my car. When my order was finally ready, the staff member simply stood at the cashier and shouted, “Excuse me, it’s ready.” Given that he was aware of my situation, and that payment was done online it would have been a simple courtesy to walk a few steps and hand me the order, but he chose not to.

Don’t answer their phone regardless of how early you call. Tried for an hour from 5pm. Walked down and was told 30.min. 45min and counting later. A cue of delivery services all over waiting. Meanwhile phone rings unanswered. you next 8min more 8 min later repeat. NEVER AGAIN!!! Get a burger

My son loves the kids pizza from crust, specifically pepperoni. I’ve purchased the kids size pepperoni pizza before from the CDB and this location. Came in to and ordered a kids pepperoni pizza and left disappointed. Not because they didn’t have pizza sauce or pizza dough or pepperoni… but because it wasn’t listed in the computer so they could sell it. So I walked next door and gave them my money instead.

Very disappointed as I have ordered here before a few times and spent $100, but I ordered a cheesy garlic bread which came with a few square pieces of cheese slapped on. The Meat Deluxe had next to no meat on it, and my pest chicken club's avocado was hard and I had to pick them off.

I took an empty pizza and added some olives, cheese, tomatoes and peppers to it, and its size was medium, and then the employee made me pay without telling me that the cost would be 28 dollars for a pizza smaller than the average, so I paid it and wanted to cancel it, and at first she did not agree, she told me that. From the system but after. If I pressed it, I agreed, and when I tried to get the money back, it turned out that my pin was not correct! I'm sure that the machine had a malfunction, but this is not justified that a pizza priced at 28 dollars. This is a monument. I will never let anyone I know come to this place. They are thieves and don't care about the customer. For your information, when the employee agreed to come back to me, she was nervous and muttered insults. Maybe I'm not sure. I'll file a complaint about this disgusting act very soon. I'm really upset. I'll take the pizza just to photograph it and file the complaint and throw it in the trash.
