Terrible service from start to finish. The staff were extremely rude and dismissive, and the quality of the cleaning was completely unacceptable. There was still visible dirt on multiple interior surfaces and parts that clearly hadn’t been wiped down at all. I had to ask several times for the cleaning to be redone, and each request was met with a disgruntled attitude rather than a willingness to do the actual job. It’s disappointing to pay for a service only to have to point out obvious issues and then be made to feel like you’re the inconvenience. Completely unprofessional and not a business I would recommend.

Very disappointing experience. We purchased an unlimited wash pass and used this car wash on several occasions with our brand-new Ford Everest, which was only a few weeks old at the time. On one of our visits, a staff member at the car wash pointed out that the roof antenna was loose. Because the vehicle was practically new, we took it to Ford for inspection. Ford advised that the damage around the antenna and roof area was consistent with equipment commonly used in automatic car washes. The antenna mounting area and roof panel were damaged, resulting in an estimated repair cost of approximately $5K. We were also advised that the roof panel is bent, raising concerns about potential water ingress during heavy rain. As a result, Ford declined warranty coverage. What has been most frustrating is not just the damage itself, but the complete lack of response from the business. We contacted them in writing and requested a simple investigation, including a review of CCTV footage and machine records, or alternatively their insurer's details. Crystal Car Wash deserves every single star. These guys can make an Audi R8 look insane… and somehow make my Nissan feel like an Audi R8 Fast, friendly, attention to detail is next level, and the cars come out absolutely sparkling every time. Best car wash in town without a doubt. If your car’s looking a little sad, take it to Crystal — they’ll bring it back to life. 🚗

Have taken my car to Crystal Wash Brookvale quite a few times. On every occasion I've been met with friendly customer service by Sushil and his team including Mahesh. They have excellent attention to detail, and the job is done very thoroughly. I'm always in and out in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend these guys! Thanks again! Leigh

Have been taking both our cars here for years. Went back to discover price has gone up 33% in one go. I showed one of the staff a whole section of the back boot of our car was dirty still. At first he pointed me to the fact I got the “basic wash”, then pointed me in the direction of some wet rags I can use to finish the wash.. I drove off and won’t be back.
