Im happy enough. I sometimes ask them to clean the wheels a little better and they do. No one has been rude. Mahdu is a hardseller but you do what you gotta do to earn money.

Absolutely amazing service at Crystal Car Wash Northbridge! The team did a fantastic job — my car looks brand new inside and out. They paid attention to every little detail, from the wheels to the dashboard, and the finish was spotless and shiny. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. Worst service I have ever experienced at a car wash, the manager today was so rude and unprofessional- the business doesn’t need employees like this, I bought the unlimited washes for a month for 2 cars not just 1 and asked him before going onto the turn table that I wanted a quick vacuum inside the car as it’s not that dirty but needs a quick one anyway, after the was was completed I drove to the bay where they vacuum, the manager started waving his arms and yelling, I put the window down as I couldn’t make out what he was going on about, then he said to park outside the vacuum bay so I did, I exited the car and went over to him to ask why did he want me parked there and he said ( dry only mate) I said I asked you before entering the car was that I needed a vacuum as well, he said car wash only mate and pay me $50 extra mate for a vacuum (ridiculous amount for a vacuum) so I left very disappointed and very unhappy. Wheels are dirty every time and I always ask can they clean them every time. Then they try to tell me cleaning wheels is additional to the wash lol 😂 that’s a joke. Never ever has it been extra to clean the wheels when getting a car wash. even when I was paying nearly $

I went with the Ultimate 12-Month Package and couldn’t be happier. I full-drive my car regularly and often bring it in absolutely filthy, but the boys at Northbridge Car Wash always get it looking schmick and ship-shape. The team are consistently helpful, polite, and take real pride in their work. No matter how dirty the car is, it comes back spotless every time. Highly recommend — well worth it, especially if you actually use your vehicle properly.

These guys do an incredible job! Consistent line of customers but hardly any wait time. I should have taken a pic before but my car was filthy! 100s of bugs on the front and caked on bird poo on the top. They gave it a decent wash with pressure hose and sponge before the cleaning machine and did a great job at detailing the inside to make it beautifully clean like new again! Best car was I have been to, much better than the one in chatswood. Very impressed! Thank you very much!!
