I recently visited to exchange currency and was served by Vaish, who made the whole experience effortless. She was professional, efficient, and took the time to clearly explain the rates and process without making me feel rushed. Vaish was warm and attentive, and it was obvious she genuinely cares about giving customers a good experience. In what can sometimes feel like a transactional interaction, she made it feel personal. I'll definitely be coming back — largely because of the service she provided. Highly recommend asking for Vaish if you get the chance!

I would give SIX stars if possible. I was served by Vaish - fantastic service with a smile and great conversation. Wished me luck on my holiday! Happily helped me with my USD exchange. Very communicative, explained all my options to me in clear, easy to understand terms. I felt so well taken care of. Transaction was quick, easy and smooth. I was very stressed when I arrived (due to issues changing money elsewhere) and left totally satisfied and calm. You can’t beat service like that. I will never go elsewhere ever again.
