Absolute terrible service, unprofessional and staff is trained to lie. I had a medical emergency and they kept saying the money had been transferred, and blaming the bank, when I found out it was never sent, and the staff kept lying. They took 2 days to look at my statement, and still said they needed more time to analise the case. I missed an extremely important appointment with my doctor and I’m extremely sick.
