Since moving to Bondi Junction over 20 years ago, the shop has been prominently located near the corner of Oxford street and Hollywood avenue. I can’t fault their ability to cut keys, but unfortunately the service and administration let them down. They struggled to complete a straightforward work order and the overall customer service was disappointing. While serving me, the staff member took a phone call and left me waiting at the counter without any acknowledgment. If you just need a key cut, they may be able to help — but don’t expect a smooth or professional customer experience.
