Poor warranty cover & struggled AI based customer services- we only had product in warranty terms (less than 3 months) and claim for damage cover but their customer service has been so difficult to reach. When finally the support has reviewed the case they said its wear and tear not qualified for warranty and refused to replace. That obviously use ‘warranty’ terms as excuse because either their product can only last for 3 months for wear and tear, or if it’s not wear & tear they just would admit it’s quality issue for replacement. Giving up trusting the product or after sale services, not to mention their AI assistant could not recognise most voice properly and end up closing the calls many times

What a bad service you have. My oder is never delivered! I am at Sydney CBD, how hard can it be? Ordered on 9 March and the tracking status is delivered. This BS! Have I been scammed??

Been and still a Big fan of Dell Product , wish I could say the same about their support. Call support is automated it is super useless, I bought a product got a email from notifiying payment issue then I paid other way and notify via email ( no response) tried to reach them via phone support, its a totally usless bot, ask you to check sites and hang up never connects to actual support person. Is their any response way that your query gets heard in Dell ?

After-sale service is virtually non-existent. I purchased a Dell Pro laptop with Microsoft Office Home and Business. The software was not provided. I spent ages trying to follow Dell online advice before finding a phone number and calling. I had to ring a couple of times as my first automated selection cut me off. I explained the problem to "tech support" who said they would follow up but there was no follow-up. I emailed, submitted webform and called again. This time they tried to install software remotely wasting 2 hours of my life I will never get back. I ended up requesting a refund for the software and purchasing it separately. I'm still waiting for the refund. The computer seems OK but honestly you might want to look elsewhere considering that after-sales support is so important when purchasing a computer.

I haven't even turned on my computer yet and im already regretting buying a DELL. Starting with the Sartrack delivery process.. Wow! Can't even give you a window time for delivery. Missed 2 times after many many many run around phone calls. It finally arrived. Payed for premium care.... what care? cant get anyone on the phone unless you press the wish to purchase then redirected through sales to the right depertment.. sometimes!! Writing this review with basic care on the line they are trying to transfer me but are having diffilcuties getting through and asked me to ring a different number myself. I said no , if you cant get through, how am I? All im trying to to find out is what chords I need as none of the QR codes work........ Wow Wow Wow!
