I just wanted to share a quick note of appreciation. Thank you so much for offering an appointment so quickly and for the kindness shown during the visit. It really made a difference. The way you interact with patients is wonderful — you are incredibly gentle and reassuring, both with children and with older people. A special mention as well for your receptionist, who is an absolute star. She was warm, efficient and made the whole process smooth from the very first phone call. It truly is a very caring and well-run practice, and I wanted to say thank you.

Received excellent service from the outset after walking in with agonising tooth ache/infection. Receptionist Lucie went above and beyond to facilitate immediate treatment with Dentist Mandy who administered a first class professional procedure. A follow up proceedure with Dentist Rhiannon was delivered with exceptional reassurance and compassion. I cannot recommend or rate this Dentist practice highly enough. A big thank you to all.

Dr Rhiannon and Lucie were fantastic with my two kids aged 6 and 3 who came in for a check-up and clean. They made the experience so fun for the girls while also explaining what was happening and how they could look after their teeth. My 3 year old was apprehensive at the start but by the end she was already looking forward to her next visit. The eldest said she loved the visit. Thanks again to Rhiannon and Lucy!

Outstanding Experience with Dr. Mandy and Team I had a fabulous experience with Dr. Mandy, who treated me for multiple dental concerns including decay treatment, cleaning, and Invisalign. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Dr. Mandy is not only highly skilled but also incredibly gentle and caring. She has a calming presence and always takes the time to explain each step of the process, which I truly appreciated. A big thank you as well to Lucie, who is always in the background making sure all our questions are answered and everything runs seamlessly. An exceptional team that truly puts patients at ease!
